Emily is a friendly and passionate Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from the University of Newcastle.
Emily’s dedicated to providing individuals with the education and skills to assist them in achieving their nutrition goals, whilst supporting her clients at every stage of their journey.
Emily has clinical experience in private practice, working across multiple holistic health clinics within the greater Sydney location. She is also committed to providing her clients with dietetic advice of the highest quality and is has undertaken further study in Diabetes Education to better serve her current clientele.
Emily enjoys all aspects of dietetics, with a particular interest in weight management, mental health, diabetes management, and elderly nutrition. When she is not working, Emily can be found at her nearest beach and surf club either competing or volunteering her time for community service.
Emily is available for consultations at our Tanilba Bay clinic (Mondays) and Shoal Bay clinic (Tuesdays)

Briana Barclay

Briana Accredited Practising Dietitian and member of the Dietitians Association of Australia, and graduated with a Bachelor or Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours Class I) from the University of Newcastle. She is an experienced dietitian having worked in a number of medical centres and private practices in the Newcastle/Hunter area.
Briana can assist all clients who wish to achieve optimum health status, providing strategies and motivation to address their individual health concerns. She has a passion for and special interest in the promotion of sustainable weight loss, chronic diseases management and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) having completed IBS and low FODMAP diet training with Monash University.
Briana is available for online consultations on Saturdays (please contact for availabilities)

Laura is an enthusiastic and friendly Dietitian who is passionate about food, health and people. She is committed to working collaboratively with her clients to make simple healthy lifestyle changes that are practical, sustainable and tailored to their individual needs. Laura strives to provide her clients with the skills and knowledge to empower them to make lifestyle changes and achieve their health goals. She has experience providing nutrition counselling in oncology, diabetes, gastrointestinal conditions, PCOS, neurological conditions, healthy eating and weight management. Laura aims to help people develop a positive relationship and love for food.

Grace Austin

Grace is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian devoted to helping individuals achieve healthier lifestyles through nutrition. Graces’ dietetic practice involves a holistic patient centred approach delivering tailored advice. She is committed to understanding client’s necessities and developing individualised and sustainable nutrition care plans. She incorporates a Health At Every Size (HAES) physiology which advocates for focus on healthy behaviours, rather than a focus on reducing body size. She believes placing more emphasis on intuitive eating and mindfulness and removing the pressure of weight loss.
Grace has experience using medical nutrition therapy to manage client’s medical conditions with nutrition intervention. She has experience treating diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, food allergies and intolerances, gastrointestinal health and polycystic ovarian syndrome. She also provides personalised dietetic care for weight management, healthy eating and plant-based diets. She believes understanding your body and building a nourishing lifestyle should not be hard or confusing. She strives to deliver optimal dietetic care for every client.
