Emily Ross

Emily is a friendly and passionate Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from the University of Newcastle.

Emily’s dedicated to providing individuals with the education and skills to assist them in achieving their nutrition goals, whilst supporting her clients at every stage of their journey.

Emily has clinical experience in private practice, working across multiple holistic health clinics within the greater Sydney location. She is also committed to providing her clients with dietetic advice of the highest quality and is has undertaken further study in Diabetes Education to better serve her current clientele.

Emily enjoys all aspects of dietetics, with a particular interest in weight management, mental health, diabetes management, and elderly nutrition. When she is not working, Emily can be found at her nearest beach and surf club either competing or volunteering her time for community service.

Emily is available for consultations at Tanilba Bay Medical, Hawks Nest Medical, Raworth Medical Singleton and Providence Medical Shoal Bay.

Briana Barclay

Dietitian

Briana Accredited Practising Dietitian and member of the Dietitians Association of Australia, and graduated with a Bachelor or Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours Class I) from the University of Newcastle. She is an experienced dietitian having worked in a number of medical centres and private practices in the Newcastle/Hunter area.

Briana can assist all clients who wish to achieve optimum health status, providing strategies and motivation to address their individual health concerns. She has a passion for and special interest in the promotion of sustainable weight loss, chronic diseases management and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) having completed IBS and low FODMAP diet training with Monash University.

Briana is available for online consultations on Saturdays (please contact for availabilities)

Laura Otton

Dietitian

Laura completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Newcastle. During her degree she completed a systematic review of the nutritional complications post bariatric surgery and graduated with Honours Class I.

Upon graduation, Laura has worked in the fields of eating disorders and mental health (completed the Inside Out Institute for Eating Disorders Management training); in the community with families who have a child with a disability; as well as working clinically in both a private practice and hospital setting.

Laura has experience providing nutrition support therapy and counselling in oncology, diabetes, gastrointestinal conditions, fussy eating, PCOS, neurological conditions, healthy eating and weight management.

Laura is available for consultations at Hunter Allied Care Hamilton, Providence Medical Warners Bay.

Kee June Ooi

June is a friendly and passionate Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from the University of Newcastle.

June is passionate in providing and educating her clients with the latest evidence-based nutrition knowledge, allowing them to make informed choices of their eating habits. She enjoys helping people to achieve their nutritional goals by using the most practical and sustainable way. She has experience in treating neurosurgery/trauma, obstetrics/gynaecology, gestational diabetes mellitus, weight management, cardiology, with a particular interest in women’s health and weight loss. Coming from a multicultural background, June is able to converse in languages other than English (e.g., Cantonese & Mandarin).
